HOW TO BOOK A INFLATABLE?

HOW LONG DO I NEED TO GIVE BEFORE MAKING A BOOKING?

There is no time limit, If we have availability and we can fit you in we will but we do advise to book early to avoid dissapointment.

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

As we have different shapes, and sizes of inflatables available the rental price will vary but all prices are available online through our website www.bouncedirect.ie

WHAT KIND OF INFLATABLES DO YOU HAVE?

We have a great range of Bouncy castles, Obstacle courses, Slides, & Garden games. We supply them in all different shapes & sizes to suit any size garden.

DO YOU HAVE THEMED CASTLES?

We are always looking to increase our inventory of inflatables so if there is something special you are looking for just drop us a note or give us a call, However we do currently have stock of the most popular themes on the market

WHAT DO I GET FOR MY MONEY?

The price will include for delivery of your choosen inflatable or Fun Food products including set up and decomission. We usually deliver between 9am and noon and start collections from 4pm onwards. Our driver will give you an approximate time for collection after delivery. Our trained staff will set the inflatable up for you. It also includes Blower fan & safety mats.

WHAT SORT OF SURFACE IS REQUIRED FOR THE INFLATABLE?

The surface where you are placing the inflatable needs to be flat, preferably grass and clean with no sharp objects including rocks.

DO I HAVE TO PAY A DEPOSIT?

We will require a minimum of €50 deposit on all bookings, this can be paid either online or it can be dropped into our office. Please note that your booking is not secure until this deposit is received. This deposit is Non Refundable.

HOW DO I PAY?

You can pay the balance with cash upon delivery of your inflatable or you can pay in full using our website prior to your inflatable being delivered.

WHAT IF IT RAINS?

Nearly all of our Inflatables have a built in rain-cover so light showers will not ruin your day. If the weather happens to be too bad you can rebook your inflatable for another day prior to delivery.

HOW MUCH SPACE IS REQUIRED?

You will need to allow a minimum of 4 feet at the front of your inflatable and a minimum of 3 all around. Please make sure the surrounding area is clear of garden toys, swings, slides, patio furniture, rubbish etc.

IS THERE ANYTHING I NEED TO DO BEFORE THE INFLATABLE ARRIVES?

Yes! Before your inflatable arrives you need to make sure that the area in which your inflatable is going is clean and clear from any sharp objects. Also please move all furniture (garden furniture, swings, play sets) so as not to cause obstruction.

IS THERE A LIMIT TO THE NUMBER OF CHILDREN THAT CAN USE THE CASTLE/SLIDE/OBSTACLE COURSE AT ONE TIME?

Most Definitely, each castle/slide/obstacle course has a guide printed on the side/front. Our drivers also advise on the capacities of our Inflatables during the safety briefing given on each delivery.

ARE YOUR UNITS CLEAN?

Yes. All our Inflatables are clean. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, healthy, and safe environment.

CAN YOU DELIVER WITH NO SIDE ENTRANCE AND TAKE CASTLE THROUGH THE HOUSE?

Bouncy castles are often bigger and heavier than most people expect, and so to move them we use large sack trucks. Unfortunately if it should rain, water will get inside the inflatable and this tends to drain out whilst being removed, sometimes on your carpet! Please contact us to discuss what options are available to you prior to booking.

ARE YOU INSURED?

Yes we are fully insured with Public liability insurance however liability on all bookings is fully with the hirer and we accept no responsibility whatsoever for any accidents that may be caused.

DO YOU SUPPLY SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS?

Yes we provide detailed Safety Instructions with every hire.
